As we make critical decisions about where to invest time, resources, and grant funding, understanding the needs of our partners is paramount to our work.

The Healthcare Capacity Hub is an online data tool tailored to better understand the complexities of the local healthcare workforce landscape. Through periodic surveys of employers and education and training providers, we gather essential data that helps us predict future job openings, assess what educational programs are needed to train for these openings, and ultimately address critical needs for communities in our region.
