Employers

HealthForce Partners works with healthcare employers to analyze labor data, create solutions to workforce challenges, and effectively respond to the unique healthcare landscape in our communities. Our partnership helps employers deliver better patient care and health outcomes, by creating a quality workforce representative of the communities being served, and develops a pipeline of workers trained with technical and interpersonal skills that result in higher patient satisfaction.

Education and Training Partners

The Northern San Joaquin Valley is home to an abundance of colleges and universities training the next generation of skilled healthcare workers. Our unique partnership bridges these institutions with employers to develop innovative solutions to meet the growing demand of healthcare workers in our region. In addition, we work with high schools to create programs that remove barriers and increase access for talented local youth in historically divested groups to achieve certifications and degrees that enhance social mobility.

Additional Collaborators and Strategic Partners

HFP works with numerous community-based organizations, community foundations and other entities to create innovative solutions to workforce shortages and to ensure access to quality healthcare for all.
