Tabitha Rodgers is a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and a passion for creating safe, empowering environments for program participants. With a background in psychology from Delta College and certifications in Substance Abuse Counseling, Peer-to-Peer, and Family-to-Family interventions through National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Tabitha has established herself as a positive role model, especially within the Transitional Age Youth (TAY) population. Over the years, Tabitha has significantly impacted the Stockton community. She excels in creating collaborative work environments, emphasizing de-escalation and harm reduction—crucial skills in the behavioral health field. Beyond her professional life, Tabitha is an avid outdoorswoman who enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and traveling with her children.
