Known for her compassionate presence, her strong commitment to ethical, competency-based practice and calm, grounded approach, Gina has worked across medical, emergency, behavioral health, and child welfare settings—always centering humanity, dignity, and trauma-informed care. Throughout her career, Gina has been a steady source of guidance for patients, families, and colleagues alike. She has walked alongside people facing medical crises, grief, and unexpected transitions, offering psychodynamic support, crisis intervention, and thoughtful care planning. Gina is also deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of social workers. As a clinical supervisor and mentor, she brings a warm, supportive style that encourages self-reflection, growth, and confidence. She takes pride in helping Social Workers develop their clinical voice and professional identity, ensuring they feel both challenged and cared for along the way.
