COVID-19 RESOURCES FOR SOCIAL WORKERS AND THERAPISTS
Social Work Career has compiled over 60 free COVID-19 resources for social workers, therapists, mental health professionals, and/or social work educators. The site includes free on demand trainings, resources to assist with hospice and palliative care, protecting immigrant families, and several social work and higher education specific resource.
CITY OF STOCKTON COVID 19 RENTAL/MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
City of Stockton has launched a Rental Mortgage Assistance program to provide housing stability and prevent families and individuals from losing their homes due to the economic hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
CAL ALERT
Each county in California has an alerting program that you can sign up for to receive alerts if an emergency situation were to arise in your county. If you work in one county, but you live in another, you can sign up for both. Sign up online at CalAlert.org with your phone number and email address.
SAFEPASS
SafePass is an app available for San Joaquin County residents to track symptoms, find testing sites, and enable Bluetooth contact tracing to get alerted when you’re exposed to COVID-19. SafePass is part of the Citizen app available to download for free on Apple Store and Google Play Store.
